Our Story
JGA, LLC. was born out of the desire of Moses Green to acquire and manage the small number of properties that were, at the time, being rented by Green Care Homes.
Inspired by the "requirement" and desire of others to own a substantial portion of his previous business to assist him, Moses decided to explore other alternatives and options. He felt that for someone to require such a portion of what he himself had built was a preposterous idea. Moses' desire was to partner with someone who would be willing to build a business with him, someone he could trust, and someone who would not require equal stake in what was an already established business.
The idea of who would be an ideal partner came to Moses on a midnight clear while on his backyard deck. He felt, he knew that Ron Jones his friend, brother and confidant would make a great trusted business partner for his venture in to the property acquisition and management arena. Ron happily accepted Moses' offer and the paperwork was filed to make JGA, LLC. a reality.
Our Team
Managing Partner Jones' background is in business, analytics, and project management. He holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Certificate in Project Management, and an MBA.
Managing Partner Green has over a decade of business experience, and embodies a true entrepreneur mindset. He is the CEO of multiple businesses in an around Middle Tennessee.
